01. How do we book you for our wedding?
Once you’ve decided I’m the right fit, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer will officially secure your date. Everything can be done easily online — quick, simple, and transparent.
02. Do you travel for weddings or destination weddings?
Absolutely! I’m based in Melbourne but love capturing love stories anywhere in the world. Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on location, but I’ll tailor a custom quote to make it easy and stress-free.
03. What is your photography style?
My style is natural, timeless, and heartfelt. I focus on authentic moments, genuine emotions, and storytelling through imagery. My goal is to create photographs that feel true to you and your special day — photos you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
04. We’ve never done photos before and don’t know how to pose.
That’s completely normal — most of my couples say the same thing! My approach is relaxed and guided; I’ll gently direct you so you feel comfortable and natural. The result? Beautiful, authentic images that still feel like you.
05. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
I work with you beforehand to create a family photo list and timeline. This ensures everyone important is included while keeping things efficient, calm, and organized on the day.
06. What happens if you’re sick?
In the unlikely event that I’m too unwell to shoot, I have a trusted network of professional photographers who share my style and standards. I’ll make sure you’re taken care of — your day will always be covered.
07. Do you have a second shooter or assistant?
Yes! A second shooter can be available with most packages or can be added on. Having a second photographer helps capture different angles, reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments — especially during larger weddings.
08. What if it rains on the day?
No worries — some of the most romantic photos happen in the rain! I always bring clear umbrellas and backup plans for covered or indoor spots. We’ll adapt and make magic no matter the weather.
09. How many photos will we receive?
Typically, you’ll receive between 600–900 edited images for a full-day wedding. Every gallery is unique and depends on your timeline and coverage, but I always prioritize quality and storytelling.
10. When will we receive our photos?
Your full gallery will be ready within 2 weeks after your wedding. I also send a few preview images within a few days so you can relive the moment right away.
11. How will we receive our wedding photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images in both high-resolution and web-friendly sizes. You can also order professional prints and albums directly from your gallery.
12. How do you back up our wedding photos?
I back up every wedding in multiple locations — on-site and off-site — to ensure your memories are safe. Your images are stored securely until final delivery (and beyond).
13. Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! I offer custom-designed albums and high-quality fine art prints. These are handcrafted to last a lifetime — a beautiful way to relive your story beyond the screen.
14. Do you have insurance?
Yes, I’m fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. Most venues require this, so you’re always in safe hands.
